NAIL DIP RESIN, ADHESIVE, GLUE

UNIVERSAL ACRYLIC DIPPING NAIL BASE FOUNDATION COAT

FOR ALL NAIL DIP POWDERS!
Available in THIN, MEDIUM or THICK viscosity.

"THIN" is more commonly used as a base.  "MEDIUM" can be used for Top or Base as it is a happy medium. "THICK" is more commonly used as the top for a more shiny, glossy finish.

Universal acrylic dipping nail base foundation coat (Dip Resin) is an adhesive type resin glue that bonds dipping powder to the nail. The thickness of that resin greatly affects how the powder will work on the nail. The thicker the resin the thicker the layer will be on the nail. While all three of our resins can technically be used as a top and base. There are some trends that seem more popular. The "THIN" is most commonly used for the base layers to avoid building up the nail too quickly. "THICK" is most commonly chosen as the top because it is easiest to get perfectly smooth with the most shine! When using a spray or brush-on activator before using dip resin as a top coat be sure it is completely dry before applying dip resin to prevent premature hardening of your brush. "MEDIUM" is the original resin for dip. Because it falls in between, it is common for people to use "MEDIUM" as their top and base. This eliminated the need to maintain two separate products. We have seen beautiful nails done with every combination possible.

IMPORTANT MAINTANCE & TIPS: Use a lint free wipe or paper towel with acetone to clean the neck of the bottle before closing the cap AFTER EACH session of use. Avoid getting any acetone inside the bottle. Completely dry the plastic brush reducer cap before closing. Apply cuticle oil around the neck of the bottle after cleaning to prevent glue cap from not opening after it is closed (glued shut). Always wipe your brush on a lint free table towel or nail wipe after applying on top of dip powder nails before returning your brush back into the bottle to prevent contamination of your dip resin and/or hardening of the brush. Always make sure to dust off excess powder from the nail before applying your next coat of dip resin. Wipe brush after applying first layer of top coat to each nail "before" returning brush back into your bottle. If or when you use an activator make sure it is completely dry before applying top coat. Use quick strokes (three stroke method - down the middle then each side) when applying your first layer of top coat and wipe your brush after each nail before returning brush back into the bottle to prevent hardening of your brush. Once dry, your second coat can be applied a little more slowly. Carefully apply a smooth coat covering the whole nail including the free edge. Let set and air dry. Dip resin viscosity is printed on top of each cap with the words (thin, medium or thick).
